Jake is the kind of guy who believes in doing things right the first time. He’s quiet but sharp, with a deep knowledge of concrete and a sixth sense for spotting what others might miss — a form just slightly off, or a finish that needs a few more passes. His approach is methodical, precise, and rooted in pride for the kind of work that stands the test of time.
Jay, on the other hand, brings energy, grit, and a no-nonsense attitude to every job site. He’s the guy who’ll crack a joke, offer a hand, and then get laser-focused when it’s time to pour. For Jay, it’s all about building something solid — something that lasts. He knows the materials, the timing, and the little tricks that turn “good enough” into “built to last.”

Jake’s not the kind of guy who talks a lot about himself — but if you’ve ever had a driveway or slab poured by Coast to Coast Concrete, chances are, his fingerprints (literally or otherwise) are all over it. He’s been working with concrete for what feels like forever — long enough to know that the real secret isn’t in the mix, it’s in the mindset. Jake believes in showing up, doing honest work, and maybe obsessing a little too much over straight lines and clean edges. Ask him what he does, and he’ll probably just say, “We pour concrete.” But talk to any of our clients, and they’ll tell you — Jake’s the reason it gets done right.
For Jake, concrete isn’t just about pouring and finishing — it’s about doing something that lasts. He’ll be the first to tell you that anyone can slap down a slab, but making it level, durable, and actually nice to look at? That takes care, timing, and more than a little patience. Jake’s the kind of guy who’ll tweak the form an extra inch just because “it’ll sit better that way,” or wait a few more minutes before finishing a surface just to get that clean, crisp edge. He takes pride in the details most folks don’t even notice — and that’s kind of the whole point.

Jay Laurienzo is the kind of guy who tells it like it is — and that’s exactly what you want when you’re investing in concrete work for your home. As the Sales Director at Coast To Coast Concrete, Jay brings honesty, experience, and a sharp eye for what’s going to look good and last. He won’t sell you anything he wouldn’t be proud to put in front of his own house.
Jay got his start in construction the hands-on way — by remodeling investment homes with his wife. What started as a side hustle quickly turned into a full-blown passion. He fell in love with the process of turning something broken into something beautiful. Over time, he realized how critical concrete was to getting those transformations right — and that’s what led him into the concrete industry.
Today, Jay brings that same passion to every project, making sure each customer gets the kind of honest advice and solid results that made him fall in love with this work in the first place.
